WHAT kind of beef can I buy?

What is your BULK PRICING?
Halves: approx 300lbs (hanging) x $6.25/lb = $1875 (approx 200lbs of packaged meat)
Quarters: approx 150lbs (hanging) x $6.75/lb = $1012.50 (approx 100lbs of packaged meat)
Do you sell GMO Free Chickens?
Yes, our chickens are raised on fresh pasture and fed Non GMO feed (chickens unlike cows need some grains in their diet). They are $6.00/lb and the average bird size is 5lb each.
Unfortunately we don’t have enough hours in our day to raise the chickens on our farm anymore, but our chickens are raised by families a few miles from us, exactly how we would do it.
Other things you might be wondering about:
· Quarters are actually a half of a half - not the front or back leg so you get some of everything.
· Flying S dry-ages beef for 14-21 days to accentuate tenderness and taste.
· Beef is vacuum packed in thick clear plastic wrap. It is labelled with the weight, cut and date. It should last up to 3 years in the freezer.
· Above prices do not include tax (1%).
· Flying S accepts Cash, Checks, and Credit Cards.
· A quarter will usually fit snugly into 3 coolers. Don't have coolers? Just bring a big blanket to wrap the meat in.
